About The Role As part of the Administration Team, you will support the smooth operation of hospital services including Emergency, Admissions, Outpatients, Switchboard, and more. Your work will directly contribute to efficient patient care, effective communication, and safe record keeping across the hospital. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors via phone, email, and in person Manage confidential records and filing systems with accuracy and discretion Prioritise and organise multiple tasks in a busy environment Support inter-hospital transfers, patient admissions, discharges, and billing processes Provide secretariat support for meetings including agendas, minutes, and video/teleconferencing Maintain detailed patient records to ensure compliance with legislation and safe care delivery Assist with rostering, bookings, and departmental communications to ensure smooth operations About You You are a highly motivated and professional individual who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environments.
