This is a Receptionist role with Fresh Hope Communities based in East Maitland, NSW, AU Fresh Hope Communities Role Seniority - junior More about the Receptionist role at Fresh Hope Communities The Receptionist has a key role as the first point of contact for our Green Hills Residential site. The scope of the position is wide and varied assisting in reception duties and administrative support plus various tasks requested by Manager of Residential Services. Maximum Term - Full Time, 38 hours per week position from April 2026 - October 2026 Located in East Maitland Salary packaging – increased your take home pay with salary packaging including novated leasing options Birthday leave – take time to celebrate with your friends and family Your Contribution Provide telephone and reception duties Ensure effective management of incoming and outgoing mail including post, electronic, plus courier deliveries Coordinate parking allocations (if applicable) Manage regular maintenance of office facilities e.g. communication with contract cleaning staff, air-condition units servicing, building facilities management, other contractors General office administrative duties – draft correspondence, system maintenance, photocopying, scanning, filing, binding, data entry etc Provide administration support as directed by Management, including support with events and communication (if applicable) Promote and contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment, including active participation in team meetings, and problem solving constructive ways to assist in the delivery of extraordinary team services to internal and external stakeholders The Essentials Qualifications in Business Administration or demonstrated competency in core requirements Reception and/or Administration Support experience High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) Demonstrated ability to identify customer requirements, alter services in response to identified needs, and evaluate customer satisfaction Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritise work Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing with persons of various levels and positions in an organisational context, and external churches, partners and suppliers Possess a National Criminal History Check, relevant for Aged Care (or willing to obtain) About Us Fresh Hope Communities exists to create spaces that cultivate belonging and places that feel like home.
