What this opportunity involves: The Marketing, Brand & Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Centre’s marketing strategy while driving revenue growth through specialty mall leasing, third line revenue, brand partnerships, and commercial activations. Based onsite in Lidcombe, the role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on income generation and stakeholder engagement to enhance foot traffic, retailer performance, and overall centre profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned to asset objectives and budget. Manage marketing budget to deliver maximum ROI and measurable performance outcomes. Actively drive specialty mall leasing (SML) and Third Line Revenue (TLD) income in collaboration with leasing teams. Identify and secure short-term retailers, pop-ups, kiosks, and experiential activations. Negotiate commercial terms for casual mall leasing opportunities. Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organisations, and national brands. Build strong relationships with retailers to support trade and campaign participation. Lead community engagement initiatives to strengthen the Centre’s local positioning. Prepare and manage annual marketing income and expenditure budgets. Sound like the job you are looking for? Demonstrated experience in specialty or casual mall leasing income generation. Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills. Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability. Experience delivering high-impact events and brand activations. Excellent written, digital, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and drive revenue-focused outcomes.
