We are looking for a permanent full-time Retail Manager to join our team. The business is located at Beaudesert Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level. RESPONSIBILITIES: ●Oversees the day-to-day activities of retail stores. ●Leads and directs staff, handling recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management. ●Creates and enforces policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency. ●Tracks and evaluates sales performance and financial metrics. ●Oversees financial management, including budgeting and preparing financial reports. ●Builds and nurtures partnerships with suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing agreements. ●Executes marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention. ●Handles customer complaints and strives to maintain exceptional customer service standards. ATTRIBUTES: ●Minimum of 2 years trade qualification is required as a Retail Manager, ●Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required, ●Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at work.
