Our cafés are fast, friendly and proudly local, and we’re looking for Casual Café Cooks who love a busy service and great food. We're open 24/7, so we ideally seek candidates who can be available over a range of hours across morning, afternoon and night shifts. Typically, our front of house attendants work 3-4 days per week. What You’ll Do Welcome customers and create a warm, relaxed café experience Make and serve quality beverage efficiently (barista skills preferred but not essential) Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and promptly Handle payments and keep the front counter stocked and tidy Ensure customer comfort by maintaining a clean dining room About You Friendly, customer-focused and reliable Calm and efficient in a busy café environment Barista/hospitality experience is great, but enthusiasm to learn is just as important Team player with good communication and a can-do attitude Flexibility to cover a mix of day/afternoon/night shifts as needed Why join Vili’s?
