Enoteca Lounge & Bar located in Adelaide SA 5000 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with menu requirements and quality standards. Assist with planning menus and contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and food presentation. Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes to ensure consistency and high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen work areas, equipment, and food storage areas. Follow food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and safe work practices at all times. Assist with stock control, including checking deliveries, storing ingredients correctly, and minimising waste. Work efficiently during busy service periods and coordinate food preparation with other kitchen staff. Ensure ingredients are prepared and portioned appropriately before service. About you: At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef. Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a kitchen team. Good knowledge of ingredient handling, stock rotation, and quality control. Attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality dishes. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
