Position: Restaurant Manager We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and experience in fast-paced restaurant environments. Qualifications & Experience • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality. • Qualification in Hospitality Management (Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher preferred). • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and team leadership. • Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. • Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff in line with business needs and compliance requirements. • Maintain high customer service standards and handle feedback professionally. • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service of dishes. • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and reduce wastage. • Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier management. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations. • Support marketing initiatives and drive business growth while fostering a positive team culture.
