Head of Travel Partnerships – World360 Rewards About the Opportunity World360 Rewards is Flight Centre's game-changing loyalty program that gets Aussies travelling more! It is a points-based program that gives members more choices for earning and redeeming points. The Head of Travel Partnerships will lead the travel partnership strategy for World360 Rewards, building a scaled ecosystem of travel partners that fund member value, drive bookings and strengthen the economics of the program. You will secure partner funded offers, negotiate differentiated travel reward value, and unlock new commercial opportunities with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tours, experiences, car hire and tourism partners. Working closely with supply, marketing, loyalty and data teams, you will ensure travel partners are fully integrated into the World360 Rewards ecosystem through targeted offers, campaign participation and strategic partnerships that drive member engagement and travel bookings. What you will do Develop and lead the travel partner strategy for World360 Rewards across leisure and corporate portfolios Secure partner funded value including points booster, reward offers, funded inclusions, points purchases and partner incentives Negotiate differentiated travel reward structures that increase member value while reducing effective discount cost Build scalable partnership models that move beyond one-off promotions and create ongoing commercial value Design targeted partner campaigns using member profile data, travel preferences and upcoming booking signals Develop and manage a forward partner value calendar aligned to marketing campaigns and travel demand periods Act as the primary conduit between travel partners and internal teams including supply, loyalty, marketing, finance and data Identify new commercial opportunities with travel partners including exclusive inventory, bundled benefits and targeted rewards Ensure all partner commitments are contracted, measurable and deliver clear commercial outcomes Lead a team of product merchandisers who solicit high value offers for redemptions via the Rewards Store. What you will need: Critical for Success 10 years' experience in travel partnerships, supplier negotiations or commercial strategy Proven track record securing partner funded commercial agreements and strategic supplier investment Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial deals with airlines, hotels, cruise lines or major travel suppliers Experience building scalable partnership models rather than one off promotional agreements Strong commercial mindset with responsibility for revenue, margin or partnership investment targets Ability to influence senior stakeholders across large matrix organisations Highly data literate and able to translate customer insights into targeted commercial activation Experience in loyalty ecosystems, partner funded campaigns or travel distribution models highly advantageous Education & Qualifications Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or Marketing preferred Travel & Tourism industry experience strongly preferred Experience working with loyalty programs, partnership ecosystems or customer growth platforms advantageous Please advise your leader before applying Please note: applications can only be considered by candidates who are based, and have the right to work, in Australia without restriction or requiring visa sponsorship.
