This is a replacement role in a busy property management department - and it's the kind of role that sets the foundation for a genuine career in real estate. You'll be at the centre of the leasing process - processing applications, preparing documentation, coordinating inspections and being the person clients hear from when they need answers. You're warm with clients, reliable with deadlines and genuinely interested in building a career here. You'll be a strong fit if you: Hold an Agents Representative Certificate (or are actively working towards it) Have a valid driver's licence and your own vehicle - essential for this role Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously without losing accuracy Communicate clearly and professionally, whether in writing or in person Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Have a foundational understanding of real estate principles and terminology It's a bonus if you bring: Experience with property management software such as Console, PropertyMe or similar Previous experience in an administration or customer service role Familiarity with trust account procedures and Victorian real estate compliance And just as important - you live these values: Integrity: You are transparent in everything you do and you do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
