Looking for a Brisbane-based Infrastructure Lead contract offering a competitive day rate and hybrid flexibility? Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to support a complex enterprise technology environment. In this role you will lead a distributed infrastructure team while supporting a range of key initiatives including acquisitions integration, platform upgrades and a data centre modernisation program. The Role • Lead and manage a distributed infrastructure team across Australia and the United States (5 staff) • Allocate and prioritise workloads while overseeing delivery of infrastructure services • Provide leadership across infrastructure operations including networks, telephony and core platform services • Support key initiatives including the integration of newly acquired businesses into the technology environment • Provide ongoing support for divested businesses and platform implementations • Contribute to a data centre refresh in Sydney with NextDC • Ensure strong incident management practices and support cyber security uplift initiatives • Work closely with internal technology teams to maintain service delivery standards About You • Proven experience leading infrastructure or platform teams within enterprise environments • Strong experience across enterprise infrastructure technologies including VMware, Azure and Citrix • Comfortable managing distributed teams across multiple time zones • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability • Experience supporting infrastructure improvements or transformation initiatives This is a 6-month contract with view to extend based in Brisbane city, offering hybrid flexibility (2–3 days in the office) and the opportunity to lead infrastructure operations within a large enterprise technology environment.
