The role will focus on aligning business strategy with operational capabilities, improving processes, and enabling technology-driven transformation across the insurance value chain. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain business architecture frameworks, capabilities, and operating models for insurance business units. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals, business challenges, and transformation requirements. Translate business strategies into capability models, business processes, and solution roadmaps. Support business transformation and digital initiatives within the insurance domain. Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions. Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvement, and innovation. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state business models. Ensure alignment of initiatives with regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance industry. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience working as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect in the Insurance industry. Deep understanding of Insurance business processes including Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, and Distribution. Experience defining business capability models, business process frameworks, and target operating models. Ability to bridge business strategy and technology solutions. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience working in large transformation or digital programs. Preferred Experience Experience with Guidewire or Fineos platforms. Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or similar). Experience in large insurance transformation or modernization programs. Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
