Associate – Insurance Litigation Sydney CBD | National Law Firm | Hybrid Working An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate (3 PQE) to join a high-performing General Insurance team within a growing national law firm. This role offers exposure to complex insurance litigation matters while working alongside highly regarded Principals and senior practitioners within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role You will work across a broad range of insurance litigation matters, including: • Public Liability • Product Liability • Professional Indemnity • General Insurance disputes This role offers genuine responsibility and matter ownership, with the opportunity to: • Manage your own files with support from senior practitioners • Work closely with insurers and corporate clients • Develop litigation strategy and dispute resolution skills • Build strong advocacy, drafting and advisory capabilities • Gain direct client exposure and relationship management experience You will be part of a collegiate and collaborative team committed to mentoring and supporting your professional development. About You To be considered for this role, you will have: • 3 years post-admission experience in insurance litigation • A genuine interest in defendant insurance law • Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills • Excellent communication and organisational abilities • The ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service You will be someone who enjoys working in a team environment while taking initiative and responsibility for your matters.
