The Opportunity We’re seeking a Design Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-voltage infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Drawing on your electrical engineering expertise within the transmission and renewable industry, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts across primary & secondary design, overhead lines, civil and structural disciplines. Your focus will be on bringing these inputs together, ensuring designs are well-integrated, compliant, efficient and aligned with client and industry requirements. As a central technical reference point, you’ll work closely with engineering management, design teams and external stakeholders to resolve challenges, maintain consistency across disciplines, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects. About You Desired Skills and Experience To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess Degree qualifications in electrical engineering and Chartered Professional Engineer status Significant experience in High Voltage engineering design within utilities or renewables A track record of contributing to large, multi-discipline projects Strong understanding of transmission grid projects and renewable energy connection requirements Exception communication and time management skills Be rewarded at CPP.
