About The Role Reporting to the Manager, Gender Equity, the Advisor, Gender Equity will support two Senior Advisors and a Manager to implement commitments under the Gender Equality Act 2020. A key focus of this role will include tracking progress on gender equity plans to support progress and impact reporting. The role will also support the coordination of gender equity working groups and general program coordination support for training, events and maintaining intranet sites. What we’re looking for (Selection Criteria) As the ideal candidate you will demonstrate skills knowledge and experience in: Progress and impact reporting Ability to use evidence and data in visually engaging forms to make a case for change Stakeholder engagement Knowledge of the evidence base for gender equality Ability to work across a number of initiatives at any one time. Qualifications And Experience Mandatory Relevant tertiary qualification (i.e. Gender studies, social science, evaluation, communication, Diversity and Inclusion or other relevant professional discipline or experience) Knowledge of the evidence base to achieve gender equality. Experience providing program support across multiple initiatives at any one time.
