This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Enterprise Asset Management or ERP experience to join a high-performing consulting team. TechnologyOne's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) product streamlines the management of an organisation's assets throughout their lifecycle. It offers comprehensive features for tracking, maintaining, and optimizing physical assets, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The EAM solution integrates seamlessly with other TechOne products, providing a unified approach to asset management. What you'll be doing… As a Business Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products. Your duties will include: Working side by side with our customers to implement, configure, and upgrade our best-in-class SaaS ERP software solutions Providing hands on implementation through the project lifecycle, including: Design verification Reconfiguration Customer support, guidance, coaching Testing support Learning and applying our game-changing tailored implementation methodologies on all products. Establish and maintain engagement with all customers and internal stakeholders as required. Engage with Consulting Enablement teams to provide any feedback that may assist with the continual evolution of our offering, processes, systems and tools. Complete customer program deliverables on time, within project scope and per the negotiated contract/program particulars. Basically, you are the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during programs of work, and you will own all the excitement, pressure, and achievement of taking them live! Your Talents… Solid understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (i.e. from Local Government or other Asset Intensive industries). Experience with TechnologyOne's EAM product would be highly regarded Customer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience at all times. Experience working in consulting capacity.
