Working closely with Process Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), architects, vendors, and delivery teams, you will ensure end-to-end business processes and data flows are well understood and optimised across integrated systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the elicitation, analysis, validation, and management of complex business requirements across Finance, CRM, Tenancy, and Asset Management domains. Partner with senior stakeholders to clearly define current and future-state needs, ensuring requirements are outcome-focused, prioritised, and aligned to organisational strategy and the transformation roadmap. Establish and maintain a centralised, enterprise-wide repository for business requirements, ensuring full traceability to the Capability Framework, business objectives, solution components, and benefits realisation. Apply strong governance to ensure requirements are consistent, controlled, and effectively managed through the delivery lifecycle. Perform detailed analysis to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies across end-to-end business processes and system interactions. Provide evidence-based insights, options analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making, balancing business value, technical feasibility, cost, and risk. Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, including senior leaders, operational teams, vendors, and SMEs. Lead and facilitate complex requirements workshops, design sessions, and walkthroughs, ensuring stakeholder input is effectively captured, challenged where appropriate, and translated into actionable outcomes. Champion business analysis best practice by applying appropriate methodologies, tools, and techniques across initiatives. Stay informed of industry trends, emerging practices, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM and F&O capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes and solution design. Work closely with architects, technical teams, and delivery partners to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional and non-functional specifications. Provide ongoing assurance throughout design, build, testing, and deployment phases to ensure solutions meet agreed business needs and support integrated, end-to-end processes. Contribute to change and adoption activities by supporting the development of training materials, user guidance, and process documentation. Work with change and operational teams to ensure business readiness, smooth transition to new systems or processes, and sustained adoption post-implementation.
