About The Role Reporting into our Hotel Manager, you will support the wider team to deliver a ‘live extraordinary’ guest experience culture, ensuring that all Eos guests receive exceptional service in all moments and experiences throughout their stay. With outstanding guest service and guest experience at the forefront of everything that you do, you will have a continual focus on improving guest and colleague experience whilst maximising the financial performance of the Front Office department. You will nurture and develop your team to deliver on ‘a new level of luxury and indulgence’ that we have promised our guests, whilst ensuring that the five Eos brand pillars are reflected in everything you do – distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalised, and magnetic. You will work very closely with Customer Contact Centre in Auckland as well as our gaming teams.You will interact in ways that create guest loyalty and distinctive positive feedback, not only throughout Australia, but Internationally as well. About You To join our team, you will have proven experience leading successful front office hotel operations and heightened guest experience in a luxury hotel environment, with excellent knowledge and understanding of front office and reservations systems. In addition to this, you will have; Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate effectively within a dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. A collaborative approach, working effectively across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and high guest satisfaction outcomes. Previous experience using Opera PMS will be highly regarded. What's in it for you?
