We’re Hiring: Technical Client Manager (Advice & Implementation) – Canberra City, ACT Phillips Wealth Partners, a leading Australian holistic financial planning firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Client Manager to join our Canberra team. This role blends client-facing communication with paraplanning and operational support, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely implementation of financial advice. What You’ll Do: Implement superannuation, investment, and retirement strategies per SOAs/ROAs. Support advisers with paraplanning, including ROAs, simple SOAs, cashflow modelling, and research. Coordinate the annual review cycle and maintain audit-ready documentation. Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring high-quality service and relationship management. Maintain CRM and financial planning software (Adviser Logic preferred) to compliance standards.
