They are an award-winning engineering consultancy, who have an impressive project portfolio spanning more than 40 years and are one of the oldest consultants in Australia. The Structural Inspections Engineer Role Due to the continued success of the business over the last few years, they are now looking to recruit a Structural Inspections Engineer due to project demands. Structural Engineer Duties. Cracked building inspections and reporting. Causation reports for insurance purposes. Commercial solar panel reviews. Wall removal designs. Commercial building inspections. Structural site inspections and preparation of technical reports. Provide technical and forensic advice to internal and external stakeholders. Review the work of other engineers for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Structural Engineer Skills and Experience Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. Minimum of 4 years experience (Must have VIC experience) Understanding of the BCA and Australian Standards. Experience in custom residential design including sub-floor design, raft slabs, and stick-framed roofs. Valid Australian Driver's Licence. What's in it for you?
