Trade Qualified Boilermaker / Fabricators South East Suburbs – Melbourne TRS Resourcing is currently partnering with a leading engineering and fabrication company based in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. Our client specialises in structural steel, pipework, tanks, and custom fabrication projects across multiple industries, including defence, energy, and infrastructure. Due to continued growth, they are seeking Trade Qualified Boilermakers / Welders to join their workshop team. Key Responsibilities Fabrication and welding of structural steel, pipework, and custom components Working on heavy and light fabrication projects within a workshop environment Welding mild and stainless steel to high standards Reading and interpreting workshop and engineering drawings Working with flux core and other welding processes Maintaining quality workmanship aligned with industry standards Supporting general workshop fabrication and production requirements Skills & Experience Required Trade-qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator / Welder Strong background in workshop-based fabrication (structural/general fabrication) Experience with Flux Core welding processes (Ideally) Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings Able to work both unsupervised and within a team High attention to detail and commitment to quality To Be Considered Must be based in Melbourne, Victoria Must have full working rights in Australia Provide 2 recent work references Relevant trade qualification required About TRS Resourcing: TRS Resourcing is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce .
