About the Role: Juniper is seeking a passionate Full-time Customer Service Champion to join our Customer Engagement Team as an Access Liaison Officer. In this role, you’ll guide and support individuals through every step of their residential aged care journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm welcome to our customers- in person, by phone and email. Coordinate admissions into our residential aged care homes ensuring all documents are complete and accurate. Provide guidance and advice on admissions including how to navigate the aged care system, availability and potential costs and fees. Maintain a waitlist of customer enquiries. Work closely with internal stakeholders including all our residential aged care homes and the finance team. Engage with referral networks including My Aged Care, Social Workers and Placement agents Maintain customer database and CRM. Prepare admission documents including final agreements and work with teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Assist with phone coverage. What you'll Bring Values-driven approach to delivering exceptional customer service Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust Empathy and a genuine interest in supporting people through their aged care journey Ability to multitask with excellent organisation and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in managing information Negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex enquiries effectively Collaborative mindset to work well with internal teams and external stakeholders Proficiency in using computer systems and managing data accurately Aged care experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided What's on Offer Permanent Part-time role, working 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.
