Change Analyst (Contract) Our client is seeking experienced Change Analysts to support major transformation programs across both their SuccessFactors and Finance (S/4HANA) streams. These short-term contract roles suit hands‑on change professionals who can move quickly and deliver high‑quality outcomes. About the Role You will: Develop change, communication, training, and knowledge materials (incl. SOPs). Support stakeholder engagement through mapping, communication planning, and workshop preparation. Coordinate training logistics and assist with end‑user engagement. Maintain SharePoint content, including the SuccessFactors Support Hub. Act as Enable Now SME for SuccessFactors simulations and in‑app help content. Track and report on change readiness and adoption progress. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Change Analyst on large transformation programs. Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information. Experience with SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, or Enable Now (advantageous). Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver at pace.
