Role Purpose The Resource Planning Analyst plays a key role in strengthening enterprise delivery confidence by providing clear, data-driven insights into resource capacity, demand and delivery sequencing. Supporting the Enterprise Resource Planning function, this role enables informed prioritisation, accurate budgeting and effective benefits realisation across the organisation. Through advanced modelling, analysis and reporting, the role enhances enterprise governance, improves decision-making and supports confident execution of strategic initiatives aligned to Powering Forward to 2030. Skills, Knowledge and Attributes • Strong analytical and quantitative capability, with demonstrated experience in capacity, demand and scenario modelling. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 reporting and analytics tools. • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence working across business and technical teams. • Ability to operate effectively within governance frameworks, structured planning cycles and enterprise reporting cadences. Experience • Proven experience in resource planning, workforce planning, portfolio analysis, business analytics or a similar role within a complex organisation. • Experience supporting enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting or portfolio governance processes. • Demonstrated experience partnering with multiple stakeholders across different business units to deliver enterprise-level outcomes. Qualifications • Tertiary qualification in business, finance, economics, analytics or a related discipline (desirable).
