About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery and Change Manager to lead a modern, high value portfolio of work that supports a major transformation period for Tes. This 12-month fixed term contract will play a key role in shifting the organisation toward a SaaS enabled and customer success aligned delivery environment. You will oversee complex initiatives across multiple regions, with direct responsibility for APAC delivery outcomes. The role requires someone who is confident working in a global context, able to manage ambiguity, support rapid decision making and embed new ways of working that strengthen delivery maturity across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the end to end delivery of complex and high impact initiatives that support SaaS adoption and customer success outcomes Manage a global portfolio with a strong focus on APAC delivery activities, ensuring clarity of plans, accountability and progress Drive modern delivery practices that support value delivery, faster feedback loops and effective prioritisation Work closely with customer success, product and engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of cross functional work Oversee delivery planning, sequencing and execution to ensure milestones and business outcomes are met Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across regions, escalating appropriately when required Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders globally to ensure shared understanding and commitment Support teams in adopting new ways of working that bring greater consistency, transparency and pace to delivery Provide guidance and coaching to uplift delivery capability across the organisation What You Will Bring Strong experience delivering complex and high value initiatives within SaaS or customer success environments Proven ability to operate confidently across global settings, working with multiple regions and diverse stakeholders A strong delivery leadership background with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity and action Practical understanding of modern delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders Experience supporting or leading delivery maturity uplift across a function is highly desirable Why Tes Our intuitive technology streamlines complex tasks, enhances learning experiences, and alleviates the administrative burdens that often overwhelm schools.
