Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering the organisation's digital marketing strategy across owned and paid channels. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role within a small, specialist marketing team, requiring deep digital expertise. You will lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns across the website, SEO, paid organic social media, and eDMs, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. With a strong focus on content, optimisation, and performance tracking, this role ensures Equity Trustees' digital activity is on brand, compliant, and aligned to business objectives. You'll join a collaborative and high‑performing marketing team, with the opportunity to influence digital innovation, improve customer experience, and drive digital lead generation across product lines.
