Job Description The Marketing & Design team is the voice of our clients and those we aspire to work with. We connect our brand, services, and people with the market, driving growth and delivering on our brand promise. The team is responsible for brand, communications, events, digital, and design, working closely with stakeholders across the firm. The Events Coordinator plays a central role in planning and delivering high quality internal and external events that enhance the firm’s brand and client experience. This role manages multiple events simultaneously, works with cross functional teams to strengthen event processes, and maintains a firmwide events calendar. It also involves using the firm’s CRM to support seamless guest journeys from invitation through to post event follow up. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver events including client panels, conferences, roundtables, webinars, and internal staff events. Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, including venues, catering, AV, suppliers, run sheets, and on‑the‑day delivery. Coordinate event workflows, approvals, and timelines to ensure smooth execution. Prepare and manage event budgets, track expenditure, and process invoices. Maintain the firmwide events calendar and ensure accurate scheduling. Manage CRM‑led guest experience, including invitations, registrations, RSVPs, reminders, and post‑event communications. Oversee event data and reporting, capturing insights to support evaluation and continuous improvement. Liaise with internal stakeholders including partners, marketing, office support, and executive assistants. Coordinate with external venues, suppliers, and speakers, maintaining strong industry relationships. Ensure brand, risk, and compliance standards are met across all event communications and delivery. Provide onsite and post‑event support, including guest registration, issue resolution, materials preparation, and feedback collection. Qualifications 3 years’ experience in an events management role within professional services, financial services, or a similar environment. Willingness to travel interstate occasionly. Proven ability to manage multiple events concurrently with strong attention to detail. Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) for event management preferable. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and engaging event copy. Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
