We are seeking a Senior Manager Community Information to lead the Community Information function within the Communication and Engagement division, ensuring the design, delivery and evaluation of strategic community information campaigns, support the Division's purpose and the Ambulance Victoria (AV) Strategic Plan. The Senior Manager oversees the development and delivery of integrated digital and print content across all relevant channels, building capability within the team and driving best practice in community information. Working collaboratively across the communication function and with internal stakeholders, the role ensures a coordinated, insight-driven and strategically aligned approach to community information that supports AV's service delivery and community outcomes. This is a full time, permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model. About The Role Reporting to the Director Communication, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to: Oversee the development and delivery of impactful, multi-channel community information campaigns that target defined and prioritised audience Plan and deliver community information content that is strategically aligned, responsive to organisational needs, and keeps Ambulance Victoria's diverse workforce and community engaged and informed Ensure channels use is aligned with the organisation's digital roadmap, maximising the use and efficiency of Ambulance Victoria's strategic platforms Ensure the Ambulance Victoria brand is adhered to in all communications work, including brand visual identity and tone of voice Manage the development and coordination of a highly skilled, mobile and flexible community information workforce, including coordinating budgets, monitoring and reporting on business continuity and performance to achieve key organisational priorities Collaborate with the Fundraising team to support the planning, promotion and delivery of fundraising campaigns, ensuring community information and engagement activities align with campaign objectives About You To be considered for this position you will possess a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and high level relevant experience in a related discipline.
