We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Consultant to join a major enterprise transformation program focused on delivering a modern, fit-for-purpose ERP solution within a large and complex supply chain environment. This is a hands-on functional role working within a specialist delivery team, supporting the design and implementation of S/4HANA FICO across finance and operational supply chain processes. About the Role You will be responsible for designing, configuring and delivering S/4HANA FICO solutions that align with business requirements and SAP best practice. This includes finance month-end processing, master data design, integrations, testing, and post-go-live support. You will collaborate closely with solution architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design and implement S/4HANA FICO configuration and WRICEF objects Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions Design master data structures (GL, cost centres, profit centres, business partners, funds) Ensure integration with MM, SD, EWM, BTP and external systems Support testing phases including SIT, UAT and performance testing Contribute to cutover planning and go-live execution Provide hypercare and post-implementation support Produce high-quality functional documentation and design artefacts Work within a structured project environment to deliver milestones on time and to standard Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering original S/4HANA FICO implementations (greenfield and/or live production environments) Proven experience delivering full end-to-end FICO design (not template rollouts) Strong understanding of FICO integration across MM, SD, EWM and related modules Experience across the full SAP project lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work in complex, fast-paced enterprise environments Desirable SAP S/4HANA FICO Certification Experience integrating with VIM, Invoice Capture Centre, OpenText or similar Experience within health, pharmaceutical or supply chain environments Working Arrangement Richlands location Minimum 4 days onsite per week 12-month contract $1,155 per day inc super If you’re a seasoned S/4HANA FICO Consultant who enjoys complex design challenges and enterprise-scale delivery, apply now or email ray.stewart@talentinternational.com for a confidential discussion
