A leading global technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Business Solution Design Lead to play a key role in a major transformation program within the telecommunications sector. This position will lead solution design across a complex enterprise environment, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions while managing system impacts across a large network ecosystem. You will work closely with architects, engineers, business analysts and senior stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that support the transition from legacy platforms to modern service management systems. Key responsibilities • Lead solution design activities across a large transformation program • Assess upstream and downstream system impacts across enterprise platforms • Work with business and technical analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Review architecture designs, integration points and API interactions • Define technical requirements, epics and user stories for Agile delivery teams • Ensure solution integrity through impact analysis, testing strategy and UAT readiness • Collaborate with architects, network engineers and DevSecOps teams to support delivery • Support backlog prioritisation and roadmap planning aligned with business outcomes Skills and experience • Strong experience in solution design or solution architecture within large enterprise environments • Experience delivering large transformation or system modernisation programs • Background in telecommunications or network operations environments is highly desirable • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, automation and data flows • Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions Salary - $200k-$260k Package WFH : 3 days in CBD Office, 2 from home Interview: 2 Stages Get in touch via email for full JD - Jonny.church@pra.com.au
