This business operates in a fastpaced, projectdriven environment and is expanding its Defence recruitment capability to meet increasing demand. Your new role As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and securing highquality technical and project-focused professionals across Defence-aligned disciplines. Youll manage a blend of proactive sourcing and endtoend recruitment, partnering closely with hiring leaders to understand capability needs and deliver effective talent outcomes.Your responsibilities will include: -Proactively identifying and engaging Defenceexperienced candidates across engineering, systems, IT and project domains -Managing endtoend recruitment processes including briefing, advertising, screening, interviews and offer management -Conducting market research and talent mapping for niche technical skill sets -Supporting biddriven recruitment activity requiring rapid turnaround and high accuracy -Building talent pipelines for future workforce demand -Ensuring compliance with internal processes and Defencerelated requirements -Enhancing candidate experience through clear communication and efficient process management What you'll need to succeed -Prior experience in technical or Defenceadjacent recruitment (mandatory)-Strong sourcing capability with confidence using modern recruitment technology -Ability to work at speed, handle competing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail -A proactive, solutionsfocused approach -Australian citizenship (mandatory) due to project requirements What you'll get in return -A long-term contract through to 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension-Exposure to highprofile Defence programs and specialised technical recruitment -The opportunity to influence talent strategy in a fastpaced, collaborative environment -Professional growth across sourcing, stakeholder management and Defence capability recruitment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
