The Opportunity This is a key client-facing role, managing projects from initial deposit through the planning phase and setting each build up for success. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate new home projects from deposit through planning & approvals Present designs, costings, and planning documentation to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants & internal teams Manage client communication and database updates throughout the journey Ensure a smooth and efficient transition into construction About You Experience in residential construction (pre-construction, coordination, planning or tender presentation) Strong client-facing skills with a high level of customer service Solid understanding of the residential build process Proficient with systems and confident managing documentation Highly organised with excellent communication skills Why Join?
