If you've had experience managing high-end custom home builds, this job is perfect for you! This opportunity is perfect for someone who is thinking about their future endeavors. Manage high-end projects valued between $5M-$10M Negotiate with trades, assess variations (as required), progress reporting, and pre & post-construction contract negotiations. Deliver developments on budget and within time frames. Assist in budget and financial reporting, program updates and material planning. Assist in estimating department (as required). Manage and facilitate OH&S responsibilities for the project. Lead and mentor the project teams. What do you need? 2 plus years of Project Manager experience Strong knowledge of construction methodology Ability to manage and follow programs Ran residential projects for a head contractor valued upwards of $5 million Above average communications skills both verbal and written Motivated and driven What’s in it for you?
