We’re currently looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager – Department Stores to lead our strategic partnership with Target Australia. The Role Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage and grow our discount department store channel, with a strong focus on driving sales performance with Target. You’ll play a key role in developing the account strategy, managing forecasting and promotional planning, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external retail partners to deliver sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the strategic retail partnership with Target Australia, delivering against sales and profit targets. Develop and execute annual account plans, seasonal strategies and promotional activity to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, planners and key stakeholders within Target. Monitor sales performance, analyse trading data and identify opportunities to improve sales and margin outcomes. Collaborate with demand, planning and supply teams to optimise stock availability and DIFOT performance. Lead regular trading meetings, range reviews and performance updates with internal and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities to expand product ranging, promotions and category share within the department store channel. Provide market insights by monitoring competitor activity, industry trends and customer behaviour to inform commercial decisions. About You 3 years’ experience in sales, account management or wholesale retail Experience managing major retail/wholesale or national accounts Strong commercial and analytical skills Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management abilities Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills Why Hanesbrands?
