We’re looking for a highly organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive the success of our partnership with Target Australia. The Role Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role provides critical support to the sales team across account management, order coordination and seasonal sales activity. You’ll work closely with internal teams and retail partners to ensure purchase orders, product launches and sales programs run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple processes and building strong relationships across teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage seasonal purchase orders, ensuring orders are accurately raised, confirmed and tracked through internal systems. Monitor and maintain purchase order trackers, providing the sales team with up to date delivery and order information. Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve order queries, changes or pricing discrepancies. Prepare and maintain seasonal buy files and sales documentation to support retailer ordering processes. Provide product assets, samples and information required for customer ecommerce and product launches. Support the sales team with data analysis and reporting to assist with trading performance and decision making. Assist with go to market presentations including preparing price lists, buy files and coordinating showroom logistics. Collaborate with planning, supply chain and customer service teams to ensure smooth order flow and alignment with retailer requirements. About You Experience in sales coordination, sales administration or account support within retail, wholesale or FMCG. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail when reviewing data, and reporting. Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills. (Preferable) Experience working with large Australian retailers or department store channels will be highly regarded.
