Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up CRM profiles, pipelines, and workflows Build and configure AI chatbot flows Configure AI Phone Agent scripts and call routing Develop automated follow-up systems Build landing pages and funnels using templates Test, troubleshoot, and optimise automation systems Produce documentation and reports for client projects Participate in weekly mentorship and project meetings Ideal Candidate You will be a great fit if you have: Interest in AI tools, automation, CRM systems, or digital workflows A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Basic understanding of business processes or digital systems Ability to learn quickly with minimal supervision Strong communication and organisation skills No prior experience required — full training provided Students and recent graduates from IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Software Engineering or related fields are encouraged to apply.
