The role Step into a high impact Finance Manager role where you'll drive performance, deliver meaningful insights, and support the strategic direction of a retail business. You'll ensure financial excellence, strong governance, and a high performing team culture. In this role you'll have 3 direct reports to manage, while still having a strong hands-on involvement. What you'll do Deliver accurate weekly/monthly management reporting, financial modelling and forecasting Provide commercial insights that influence pricing, profitability and business decisions Lead financial governance including compliance, risk management and reconciliations Enhance finance processes and improve the efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of reporting Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted financial advisor Rolemodel leadership behaviours and support capability development within the team What you'll bring CA or CPA qualification (mandatory) Open to candidates from industry or a strong audit first mover profile Ability to work with large data sets and translate data into actionable insights Very hands on working style.
