The Opportunity A highly sought after opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to lead and grow our Mid North Coast Operation, overseeing all aspects of the operations within a key regional business unit. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will spearhead the division, taking ownership to grow sales and market share, developing new customers and nurturing existing relationships, promoting Stratco’s extensive range of Roofing, Rainwater, Patio, Sheds, Fencing and associated Steel Framing Products. Your natural ability to engage customers will see you build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand our customer base, growing our regional footprint. Your role will entail the mentorship and management of a small, collaborative team. Accordingly, we are targeting a high calibre individual, with a background gained within the building products/construction/engineering or related fields, in a Sales or commercial capacity. This role requires a high level of energy and drive, with a collaborative yet decisive leadership style. You will lead, coach and mange a cross-functional team across sales, operations and logistics, driving both performance and accountability. Tertiary qualifications whilst not essential, would be viewed favourably. Make no mistake, this presents as an outstanding opportunity for an individual possessing a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification, where you will be given autonomy and support to manage a key business unit as part of Stratco’s national operations.
