We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison to support our Audit and Corporate Finance Partners. This role is pivotal in managing key administrative functions, client communications, and supporting high-level business operations. About the Role: As a Client Liaison, you will be responsible for: Managing partner diaries, email correspondence, and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Coordinating marketing events and assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations. Managing billing processes and month-end reporting. Providing client engagement support, including booking staff travel and handling conflict checks. Assisting with system updates, including CRM management and maintaining engagement registers. Key Skills & Attributes: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to work autonomously and with initiative. A keen eye for detail and confidentiality. Experience in providing administrative support to senior management or similar roles. What You’ll Need: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar client liaison/administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with billing systems (MYOB or similar) and experience handling client correspondence.
