Description The role is a part- time position working 8 hour shifts (22.5 per week), Wednesday - Friday, between 9am-5pm . Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans. Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
