Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.This role requires a creative professional with strong analytical skills, capable of managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with sales, design, and management teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s market presence. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies to promote products, services, and brand awareness. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Plan and coordinate advertising, promotional, and digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Manage social media presence and online engagement , ensuring consistent brand messaging. Prepare and oversee marketing budgets , monitoring costs and return on investment. Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Create and manage content for websites, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports , recommending improvements for future strategies. Maintain relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners to support promotional activities. Contribute to continuous improvement in marketing processes, tools, and customer engagement strategies. Requirements Completion of a Certificate III or IV in Marketing and Communication, Business, or Digital Media (or equivalent vocational qualification). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is highly regarded but not mandatory. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications roles. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital platforms, and consumer behaviour.
