Our Services AI Strategy & Governance AI Enablement Applied AI Data & AI Security About the Role: We are looking for a Data Director(Databricks) who is highly technical with lived experience across the modern data ecosystem, particularly delivering data platforms built on Databricks and lakehouse architecture. The Data Director will lead data strategy sessions with our customers, design scalable data and AI solutions, and lead the successful delivery of complex engagements. You will operate as both a technical leader and people leader, with credibility across the data community, senior customer stakeholders, and the technology partner ecosystem. You will have a proven track record of sales and delivery, with strong pre-sales consulting experience, where you are able to scope large programs of work and act as the trusted advisor that customers turn to when navigating modern data platform transformations. While Databricks will be a core focus, you will bring broad expertise across the data ecosystem including data engineering, data platforms, analytics, ML and Generative AI.
