This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Designer / CX Designer to help shape and improve end-to-end customer journeys across digital products and services. You will join a collaborative, cross-functional environment where design, product and technology teams work closely together to deliver meaningful improvements to customer experiences. The role offers the chance to influence strategic design decisions while applying human-centred design practices in an agile delivery environment. What will you be doing? Analyse customer needs and business priorities to redesign and optimise end-to-end retail customer journeys. Conduct discovery research (qualitative and quantitative) and translate insights into journey maps, service blueprints and actionable opportunities. Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, ideate and prioritise experience improvements. Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes in tools such as Figma, testing solutions with users and supporting delivery with engineering teams. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, balancing strategic design thinking with pragmatic delivery while defining KPIs to measure impact. What are we looking for? Strong experience in Customer Experience, Service Design, Strategic Design or Human-Centred Design roles. Experience working on consumer retail customer experiences is highly desirable. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer insights into commercial and business outcomes. Proven experience working in agile cross-functional squads alongside product, delivery and engineering teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders. Ideally worked within complex or regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, financial services, insurance).
