About the Role You’ll manage the day‑to‑day delivery of new home builds, ensuring jobs run safely, on time, on budget and to Burbank’s standards. You’ll coordinate trades, manage materials, complete QA checks, and keep clients informed throughout their build. What You’ll Do Oversee multiple residential builds Coordinate and manage subcontractors Review plans and construction files Schedule and supervise trades Manage deliveries and site resources Complete QA inspections and maintain ClickHome updates Control ETS spending and maintain company equipment Uphold strong safety practices Provide clear communication to clients and internal teams What You’ll Bring Residential construction experience (volume building ideal) Strong trade coordination and site management skills Qualification in Building & Construction Good knowledge of building codes and OH&S Confident communicator and problem solver White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence Builder’s Licence (desirable) Why Burbank?
