Eden Ritchie Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial construction contractor delivering glazing projects across South East Queensland. This is a permanent opportunity for a commercially astute professional looking to play a key role in strengthening contract administration processes and supporting successful project delivery. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full contract administration function across commercial construction projects. You will ensure contractual compliance, support strong client relationships, and contribute to sound commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Administer head contracts and subcontracts Manage variations, progress claims and extension of time (EOT) claims Prepare, review and negotiate subcontract agreements Monitor contractual compliance and manage risk Review and assess subcontractor payment claims Assist with cost tracking, forecasting and reporting Maintain accurate documentation and contractual correspondence Support project leadership in delivering strong commercial outcomes About You You are commercially driven, detail-focused and confident working within a fast-paced construction environment. We are looking for: 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction Strong understanding of contract management, variations and claims processes Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders highly regarded Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience within facade, glazing or building envelope projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
