Your Role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Recruitment Officer is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting workforce planning, onboarding and credentialing processes. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and service managers, you will help attract, recruit and onboard high-quality staff while ensuring recruitment records, compliance and credentialing requirements are maintained to a high standard. Your Key Responsibilities will be Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, application screening, shortlisting, interview coordination and reference checks. Prepare recruitment documentation, employment packs, offer letters and contracts for approval. Support onboarding processes, ensuring all mandatory documents and checks are completed prior to commencement. Maintain staff credentialing registers, including registrations, licences, WWCC, National Police Clearances and immunisation evidence. Ensure recruitment and onboarding records are accurate, compliant and audit ready. Liaise with managers to understand workforce needs and support recruitment planning and timelines. Maintain recruitment tracking tools, reports and workforce dashboards. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities. Provide recruitment-focused administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Services team.
