We are seeking an experienced and proactive National Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to embed safe, healthy and psychologically supportive ways of working across our national operations. This is a hands-on, visible role partnering closely with operational leaders and frontline teams to translate safety frameworks into everyday practice. About the Role As a trusted advisor and coach, you will: Partner with operational leaders nationally to embed consistent, preventative safety and wellbeing practices Coach frontline leaders to confidently integrate safety, wellbeing and psychological safety into daily operations Identify and address physical and psychosocial risks early through engagement, observation and consultation Support incident and near-miss investigations using a learning-focused, non-punitive approach Facilitate Health & Safety Committees and strengthen workforce consultation practices Drive adoption of digital safety systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support measurable improvements in safety outcomes, hazard reporting, psychological safety and leadership capability About You You are a collaborative, confident safety professional who thrives in operational environments and leads through influence rather than authority. You will bring: Qualifications in Work Health & Safety, Safety Leadership, Psychology, Health Sciences or a related discipline Experience in WHS or safety advisory roles within operational, service-based or high-risk environments Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and influence behavioural change Strong understanding of psychosocial risk management and contemporary WHS reforms Confidence engaging frontline teams, senior leaders and client stakeholders Exposure to digital safety systems and data-informed safety practices (desirable) Why Join Certis?
