We are currently seeking candidates with internal talent acquisition experience to support a number of clients across Adelaide. This role will play a critical part in end-end recruitment sourcing and securing top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans. What you'll be doing Partnering with hiring managers to identify and define their talent needs Developing and executing effective end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates Screening and assessing applicants to identify the best-fit candidates Coordinating the interview and selection process Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms Maintaining a talent pipeline to support the company's ongoing recruitment requirements Providing regular recruitment activity reporting and analytics Continuously researching and implementing innovative sourcing techniques What we're looking for 3-5 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment Proven track record of successfully sourcing and securing high-calibre candidates Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Passion for talent management and a keen interest in the latest HR trends Australian work rights are required.
