Employment Type: Maximum‑term contract for two years. This role can be offered on a part‑time basis (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours per week) or full‑time basis (1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours per week) Location: Location: WAPHA Head Office, Level 2, 1 Hood Street, Subiaco (Hybrid role – open to candidates across Western Australia) Salary: Band 4 ($91,000–$97,000 plus 12% superannuation at 1.0 FTE), pro rata for a 0.6 FTE role Key tasks and responsibilities: Build and maintain strong internal relationships to support effective SRM use. Promote and support organisation‑wide adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Deliver onboarding, training and support for Dynamics 365 engagement tools (CRM Hub, Marketing, Events). Develop, update and maintain SRM user guides, tools and standard operating procedures. Drive continuous improvement in SRM processes and data quality. Collaborate with Digital Services on CRM configuration and enhancements. Ensure high standards of data accuracy, privacy, integrity and security within SRM. Maintain SRM SharePoint content and contribute SRM updates to internal communications. Convene and manage the SRM Governance Committee and support tracking of enhancement requests. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following selection criteria: Essential experience and education Tertiary qualification in technology, business, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience working in a membership-based organisation or similar environment Experience administering and maintaining enterprise-level CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics D65). Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures and standard operating practices Demonstrated experience in data entry, administration and quality management Experience delivering training and supporting CRM users and supporting internal teams to adopt internal processes. High level of digital literacy, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
