Associate to the Managing Director - Aboriginal-Identified PositionOur group of Aboriginal-owned businesses operates across vehicle rental, electrical services and construction support in WA. This currently includes Chalkwest (Budget Car & Truck Rental franchise), Power On and Kolbang, operating within a broader ecosystem of companies. In 2026, this will grow to incorporate additional businesses currently in negotiation. We are building long-term Aboriginal commercial capability across multiple industries & expanding. We are seeking an Associate to the Managing Director to work within the leadership team across the group. As an Aboriginal-identified position only ATSI applicants will be considered for the role. This is a high-trust & high-exposure role. You will work directly alongside the Managing Director across multiple businesses - observing, learning & contributing as commercial decisions are made and new opportunities are pursued. About the RoleYou will move between strategy, operations and growth initiatives across the group. Some days you will be travelling to branches or sites. Other days you will sit in commercial meetings, acquisition discussions or internal planning sessions. You will track actions, coordinate follow-through and ensure momentum is maintained. You will:Attend internal & external meetings across multiple entitiesTrack actions & ensure commitments are deliveredAssist with commercial & acquisition projectsSupport stakeholder communication & relationship managementCoordinate cross-business initiativesProvide broader practical support You will not be a passive note-taker. You will help drive outcomes to ensure that we grow our businesses and give as many Aboriginal people a job as possible in the industries in which we work.
