Ainslie Crypto is an OTC crypto dealer that specialises in swapping between crypto and bullion as well as cold storage services for clients. About the Role: This NEWLY CREATED role sits at the heart of Ainslie’s IT portfolio, ensuring projects remain coordinated, structured and moving forward. Working closely with the CTO, development team and key stakeholders across operations, compliance, legal and finance, you will: · Maintain project plans, timelines and milestones across multiple workstreams · Coordinate priorities, dependencies and sequencing · Break large initiatives into structured phases with clear deliverables · Run delivery rhythms – stand-ups, check-ins and demonstrations · Track risks, blockers and escalate issues proactively · Coordinate testing, sign-off and go-live activities · Prepare clear status reporting and stakeholder updates · Support requirements gathering and scope clarification · Coordinate with external vendors and partners · Maintain documentation, decision records and project boards · Support training, change rollout and adoption post-release Projects may include commerce initiatives, compliance-related improvements, ERP enhancements (NetSuite), , hardware or network upgrades, and security reviews. Your skills and experience: · Strong organisational capability across multiple concurrent projects · Clear, confident stakeholder communication skills · Exposure to ERP or commerce systems (NetSuite highly regarded) · Familiarity with project tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, Notion etc.) · A proactive, hands-on mindset — you follow up and keep things moving · Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation practices · Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cyclical environment · Must have a clean Police Record.
